Early Warning Signs of Leaks
Even a small leak can spread quickly. In less than a day, a leak the size of a pinhole can cause enough damage to require an entire wall and any carpet or flooring near it to be replaced.
Small leaks that are easily ignored include faucet drips and running toilets, which can cost homeowners hundreds in water bill payments.
The most common leak found is in old plumbing fixtures such as toilets and faucets. Often Clients are shocked to find that a $300 dollar water bill is caused by a toilet fill valve that was constantly running. These repairs are often as simple as replacing the offending fixture and can be completed in a single visit of usually less than one hour.
Wall and slab leaks can be a little more tricky and may require a second visit but usually take no more than 8 hours to repair and can be found and repaired in as little as 2 hours depending on location.
